Parent/Guardian organizing a ride or a Driver providing the service. We only collect

A. Information from Parents, Guardians, and Ride Organizers (Customers)

This data is required to schedule, coordinate, and securely execute transportation services for children.

• Personal Identifiers: Full name, phone number, email address, mailing address,

password, billing details.

• Child Information: Child's full name, date of birth, grade level, school name and address, emergency contact details, and special instructions.

• Ride & Scheduling Data: Home address, school address, activity names and addresses, desired ride times, and route history.

• Billing Information: Payment card number (processed by a third-party vendor),

payment account details, and billing address.

With your consent, we will use your information to communicate with you regarding services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or nonpersonal information in the future.

Information From Drivers

This data is required to determine eligibility, ensure safety, and facilitate the lawful

operation of the ride service.

• Government & Vehicle Records: State identification card numbers and images, Social Security Number (SSN), driving license status, vehicle information, and insurance information.

• Background Check Agencies: For Drivers, we share identifying information and SSN with authorized, third-party vendors for the sole purpose of conducting mandatory background, driving, and fitness checks.
